The Members of Local 853 extends it deepest sympathy and condolences to the Family and Friends of Firefighter James Rice, Engine Co. 5 of the Peabody, Massachusetts Fire Department who died in the line of duty of injuries sustained while operating at a multiple alarm fire on December 23, 2011. RIP
